AINOA gift card
AINOA gift cards are available for purchase at the information desk (Floor 1). The information desk is open Mon–Sat 10am–6pm. It is not possible to purchase gift cards with cash. Gift cards can be topped up with €10–250, and the balance is available for one or multiple purchases. Gift cards remain valid for 12 months. Check the balance using the AINOA mobile app, the QR code or through GetMyBalance.
The AINOA gift card works at nearly all AINOA stores, with the exception of Nordea, Terveystalo, Your kawaii dream, and Kiinteistömaailma.
Ecopoint/recycling point
Ecopoint is intended for small household waste. At Ecopoint, recycle your energy waste, household plastics, cardboard, magazines & advertisements, glass, small metals, fluorescent tubes, energy saving lamps, waste batteries and small waste electrical and electronic equipment. You can also find our reverse vending machines at Ecopoint. Present your receipt at Alko, K-Supermarket or Food Market Herkku to claim your refund.
Ecopoint is located in Tapiola Park, parking level P2, and it is open during the car park opening hours.
Ecopoint users can take advantage of the parking space in front of Ecopoint.
Workspace
The AINOA Workspace is an open working space you can use free of charge dor quiet remote studying and working.
The Workspace is a pleasant environment where freelancers, teleworkers, students and self-employed and other persons can work efficiently.
The workspace is open from Monday to Friday 8.00-20.00, on Saturdays 10.00-19.00 and on Sundays 12.00-18.00. No advance booking is required - you are welcome to use the Workspace when you need to. The Workingspace can be found on floor 1, next to Espresso House.
Child care rooms, and playroom
The AINOA child care rooms are located in Floors 3 and 4.
The Tapio Nallen Touhumetsä playroom is located in Floor 1, right next to Kidia and Fiilinki. This playroom is intended for children who are under the age of 10 years and supervised by their parents. Please do not bring any food into the playroom, but a microwave oven and seating are available outside the room for small children's mealtime. Tapio Nallen Touhumetsä playroom hours: Mon–Fri 9am–9pm, Sat 8am–7pm, Sun 10noon–6pm.
Pushchairs are available for loan during your visit from the information desk.
Lost and found property
All lost and found property will be taken to the shopping centre's information desk in Floor 1. Enquire about lost and found items on site, by email or by telephone during the information desk opening hours.

Reverse vending machines
Our reverse vending station is located in Level M, near the grocery shops. The machines also accept Alko bottles and cans. Present your receipt at Alko, K-Supermarket or Food Market Herkku to claim your refund.
You can also bring recyclable glass and energy waste for recycling to the reverse vending station in Level M. Ecopoint in the P2 car park also accepts bottles and cans.
Spacehub pod
The Spacehub pod provides a private and soundproof space for working in Floor 1. Make and pay for bookings through the SpaceHub app. Download the app now from your application store.
