Ten-year-old AINOA has grown into a unique combination of over 100 speciality shops, restaurants and cafés, built with love. In 2024, our shopping centre attracted 10.2 million visitors and sales reached €231 million. From 2019 the sales has increased by nearly 60% and number of visitors by 50%, making AINOA one of the fastest growing centres within the metropolitan area.
AINOA forms a commercial centre for the Tapiola area, which is one of the most prestigious areas of the city of Espoo both for residents and company headquarters. Tapiola is also a lively urban centre for arts, culture, sports and services.
AINOA is owned by Finland-based LähiTapiola Keskustakiinteistöt Ky and operated by LähiTapiola Real Estate Asset Management.
