The award-winning restaurant concept will open on the second floor of shopping centre AINOA in November 2026.
Factory AINOA will serve shopping centre customers, staff, and local residents with a versatile homemade buffet on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays.
The daily changing selection is prepared in the restaurant’s own kitchen. The price always includes a starter soup, salad buffet, hot dishes, coffee, and dessert. In the evenings and on weekends, guests can enjoy a soft serve ice cream bar as dessert.
Factory’s popular senior discount will also be available at the AINOA restaurant for lunch from 1 PM onwards, as well as during the evening buffet and Saturday lunch.
